THE STORY

The mountainous Cajamarca region of Northern Peru has some of the world’s most perfect conditions for the growth and nurture of the many specialty varieties we prize.

Warehouses established in areas like Jaen allow for closer trade and the forging of fruitful long-term relationships with farmers — the results of which are clear to see in vibrant washed coffees such as El Diamante.

A sweet cup with a long soft-spice finish, this Caturra, Castillo and Typica lot provides notes of pear, butterscotch and ginger.
