THE STORY

The stunning San Fernando region of North West Nicaragua is home to Johana Maria Amador and her family run farm, Los Cielitos. After emerging later than many of it’s neighbours as an origin with huge specialty potential, we now see delicious lots such as this fully washed Catuai as a direct result of closer relationships forged across the industry.

An abundantly sweet and nutty cup, expect notes of red apple, maple syrup and hazelnut.
