Grown in the Ngozi province of Burundi, this 100% Red Bourbon crop undergoes quality checks at every stage of the process, ensuring only the best beans make it into each lot. Every bean is hand-sorted, then a final check under UV light at the Budeca mill ensures the removal of any “glowing” beans — a sign of potential imperfection.

If ever a coffee exemplified the care and attention required to showcase a crop at it’s finest, the naturally processed Rimiro would be it.

In the cup expect a complex balance of both sweet and herbal — we’re tasting cranberry, sloe gin and cocoa.
