THE STORY

This farm is the newest acquisition from the Salaverria family. This coffee comes from the San Juan Bosco farm located in the Santa Ana volcano, which is known for having the ideal micro climate and volcanic soils for producing one of the finest coffees in the country. All the hard work, love and passion towards the care and cultivation of this coffee make this brand unique.

The name San Juan Bosco comes from the Italian saint most known for the promotion and construction of educational works to serve the neediest youth and to serve as the formation of children especially in Europe and Latin America. It serves as an ongoing inspiration for JASAL to promote the health and wellbeing of employee’s children from the community.
