Finca Santo Tomas Pachuj is a Private Natural Reserve in Solola, Guatemala, where you’ll be able to enjoy Amazing Volcano and River Landscapes from Atitlan, which produces incredibly high levels of speciality coffee. This coffee has then been decaffeinated using the CO2 method, which retains all the flavours of the coffee, whilst removing the caffeine. You'd be hard pressed to taste the difference between this and the fully leaded version.
In this coffee, you'll get bags of fudge and caramel flavours, whilst holding enough citrus acidity to keep those taste buds firing. We love it, and it is a perfect substitute for non-caffeine drinkers, or a great nightcap for those who normally drink the hard stuff...

Just some of the awards won by Finca Santo Tomas Pachuj:
-1st. Place in the Anacafé Atitlán Regional Competition in March 2017
-Rainforest Alliance Certified since 2001
-RAS Climate Module; Criteria for Climate ChangeAdaptation and
Mitigation” 100% Compliance in 2014-2015
-Recognition in the Rainforest Alliance Cupping for Quality 2004 and 2005
